Some people may struggle to adapt to the changes being asked of them in the fight against the coronavirus, while others may feel their anxiety levels rising trying to contemplate what the future may hold. I completely understand that these challenging times can result in anxiety, but let’s be positive and look at what we can do to relieve those feelings of anxiety.
As a result of the social distancing rules, we are not able to meet up for a regular Reiki session, so I would highly recommend using Reiki Distance Healing to support you through your feelings of anxiety or stress.

How does a Reiki Distant Healing treatment work?
The Reiki Distance Healing sessions help provide the same levels of comfort and relaxation, during particularly stressful times, as face-to-face Reiki treatments. The difference is that the Reiki Distance Healing takes place without direct personal meeting, you will be able to feel the benefits in your own home.
Your initial appointment is booked to take place for around 30 minutes, during the session you will have time to lie down on your bed or sofa. It’s preferable that you should not be disturbed during the session. If you choose to, you can light a candle or play gentle music to help create a relaxing atmosphere. I can understand that, during these times of social distancing and limited outside time, it may be difficult to have 30 minutes alone in a room, possibly due to kids running around, but rest assured the Reiki Distance healing can still work.
At the start of the session, I will send a text to say I am starting and then again once I have finished. This helps people to relax and notice what sensations they might be feeling. It is also very useful if you could send a photo so I am able to visualise you during the distant healing session.
Following the Reiki Distant Healing session, you should feel that your stress or anxiety levels will have fallen and that you will feel calm and relaxed. These sessions are an ideal addition to help people suffering with anxiety during these difficult times to remain calm, relaxed and more focused on the positive.
