Recently I have provided reiki sessions to a number of clients wrestling with high levels of stress.

My Reiki healing consists of a hands-on treatment which takes approximately an hour. Throughout your Reiki stress reduction session, you remain fully clothed, as the energy will pass straight through whatever you are wearing.
During the Reiki healing session, I apply various of hand positions which helps the energy flow to you. Starting at your head and ending at your toes, the Reiki energy moves, gently unravelling the knots of accumulated stress and leaving you in a state of profound relaxation.
Stress for some, if left untreated, can become almost debilitating. Treating the symptoms of stress with Reiki may be the solution you need to reduce your stress levels and help you feel more relaxed and able to cope.
